The Principal of PRNC, Peter Ralf Nissen has over 25 years of experience in Architectural Engineering and Building Diagnostics in Australia (Check NSW Licence history) and Europe. He is qualified Dipl.Ing. (Diplom-Ingenieur), Chartered Architect AKNW No. 103407 Germany, Australian Institute of Project Management No. 46651, Tile and Tiling Industry Association and ASAA Australian Stone Advisory Association member 18281.
Peter received numerous awards for providing expertise in waterproofing technology and detailing, hard floor finishes and slip resistance.
Recently, Peter was responsible for providing technical advice for a globally unique situation for a major multi-billion urban coastal development project 10m below the water level of the harbour in Sydney. For the commercial international towers T1, T2 and T3, the residential harbour side development of R9, R10 and the 34,000m2 basement he provided waterproofing specifications and detailing for the teams.
At Lendlease, Peter was one of the major resources in providing architectural engineering, technical waterproofing, design peer reviews, training and general defect cause finding expertise. He provided advice for many projects for defect prevention for over eight years. Over this time he provided specialist remedial and design advice in his fields of expertise for all major commercial, residential, CLT timber, health and retail projects for Lendlease in Australia and projects overseas.
